Open Seminar #3A: Gotoogi Submissions -Leg Locks (Open to All Students)

Description: In this session Grandmaster Taejoon Lee (Kuksanim) will teach the most effective ways of securing leg lock submissions which includes ankle locks, heel-hooks, knee bars and compressions. He will also review how to setup and also proper counter measures. It is a must to succeed as a grappler to have a complete knowledge of submissions. It's also open to all beginners as an introduction to leglock submissions.

Open Seminar #4B: Sparring - Kick Combinations (Open to All Students and public)

Description: In this session Grandmaster Taejoon Lee (Kuksanim) will teach proper kicking and setup to increase your effectiveness in scoring with kicks. You will also learn to defend and counter to create the most scoring combinations. Being a great kicker requires lots of practice and time, but learning how to utilize simple, basic kicks with increased speed and accuracy goes a long way in securing your victory in sparring.

Open Seminar #4C: Pressure Points (Open to All Students and public)

Description: In Eastern Medicine, there are 365 points along 26 medians which are used for healing. However, these same points when used properly with effective applications can be used for self-defense, inflicting much pain and discomfort to the opponent. In this session Supreme Grandmaster Dr. Joo Bang Lee (Dojoonim) will teach you some of these points and how to use them for self-defense.
